hi thought this would be interesting, seen as it's nice to track visually how much weight you have lost thought i would start a thread where you can post your before and after shots!!
so if you have just started feel free to pop ya 1st pic on and update as you go! or if you been dieting a while feel free to stick them on, or even if you are a maintainer (conso or stabilization) pop your before and after (and anything in between) pics on lol x

Hi charly, good idea. I've been toying with the idea of putting up a before photo of me, I went through my pics a few weeks ago to see what horrid moments I could find.

This is me then

this was making christmas dinner, and someone snapped a pic...just don't look at the messy kitchen LOL

In the interests of encouraging more photos, which I love, I'm being very brave and posting this monstrosity!! Almost three years ago exactly (9th August 2009 - the day before my William arrived by C-section) and weighing in at 19st and 9lbs. Eek!!



I only put on 2 stones during the pregnancy so I can't even blame eating for two (three, and four!)

everyone has gadget graveyard dont they? occasionally u pull something out use it then it goes back to the front of the graveyard instead of the back! everyone has a breadmaker lurking in there somewhere and a coffe machine of some description lol x
