Hello all - I've started the slimming word diet today - trying to do it alone rather than go to meetings to save the pennies! Hopefully this forum will help to keep me motivated!

Hello Devonjo.
I am following SW too and although I used to go to group, I no longer can and so as of last week I am also going it alone. Though the ladies and gents over on the SW board have been a great support too so I don't actually feel like I've been on my own!!!
