A week away on hoilday and im so pleased

Iv been away a week on holiday and was a bit naughty so was worried when i got back. I havent had a weigh in yet but im not in size 14 trousers and size 12 tops!!! I so pleased just cant believe it this time 5 months ago i was a size 20! Feeling so pleased love my new shape. Am looking forward to fitting into size 12 jeans and size 10 tops.

you have done so well, thats a amazing weight loss in 5 monthes you must feel fab.

dont worry to much about your weeks hols, you may be surprised at weigh in, and if it shows a little gain you will soon whip that off the following week

oh i can only dream of fitting in to a size 10 oh if only
