Lost in the Supermarket

On my first week on SW I lost 5lb (yay) and found it really easy and quite enjoyable.
Then, on my second week, after eating practically exactly the same stuff and keeping my syns to a minimum, i put 2lb on![Confused :confused: :confused:](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
And now, halfway through week three, i'm feeling bloated and guilty (even though i'm not doing anything wrong)
I've been really anal with my measurements, well behaved with my syns (one bar of chocolate all week, first for me), careful with any alcohol measurements (which i've kept to a minimum anyway) and have gone out of my way to try out new recipes and such.
So I'm just a bit gutted I suppose :sigh:
And a bit frustrated. I'm obviously doing something wrong, but I have no idea what
