Surely....
Have sabotaged myself and mightily peed off! Really really tough day at work and feeling rotten with dizziness so.....

Had a biscuit. Had 3 more because I'd already messed it up.

Came home, had cereal and hula hoops, because I'd already messed if up big style.

Why oh why oh why?!

Was feeling really good too, looking forward to a good loss this week and now....3 lbs heavier than I was this time yesterday.

And feeling panicky. Pfft!
 
step away from the biscuits lady, draw a line under it and carry on regardless. It isn't 3lb of fat you've gained, just food in your belly :)

If you get back on it 100% you'll be less than you were yesterday by the weekend :)
 
The good news is you've now identified one of your triggers, you can plan a strategy to deal with it, so next time round you can take a different path. All will be fine, it's just a little bump in the road, don't let it send you crashing into the kerb :)
