This might sound a daft question
I use myfitnesspal to track my calories and exercise etc and I have an ab belt which is sposed to be scientifically proven to amount to doing 120 ab crunches in 20 minutes.
Do you think I can get away with adding these "crunches" to my exercise diary on there? Maybe if I halve the time as I`m not actually doing 40 mins of sit ups lol
Surely, My muscles are using the same energy in the "work out" as they would if I were doing them myself?? Or am I trying to kid myself

I`m off to my first exercise/dance class tonight, Hope I don`t keel over!! haha
Xx
