Hi everyone, I think I read somewhere on the forum that abdominal excersise after a csection is pointless as the muscles have been cut through. I have had two sections ( not recently) and am wondering if I will be wasting my time doing crunchies etc. They are defo not my fav excercise but would endure them if it helped. Body is in a real state and could really do with toning. Any other advice welcome.
