Abimummy2007 Food Diary

hey i thought i would post my food diary starting from today on here everyday any advice or critisism would very much appriciated.

BREAKFAST: Chopped banana & strawberrys ( free )
LUNCH: 3x Small jacket Potatoes, salad, tuna, tomatoes & cucumber with salad cream ( 0.5 syns )
DINNER: Sausages, mash & beans ( 13.5 syns )
Not milk or butter in mash, was all yummy i have my healthy extras A & B left to use when hungry later on.

Looking at your meal why are your syns so high? did you not have low fat sausages? I have Sainsbury's "be good to yourself" extra lean Cumberland Sausages 0.5 syns each!
As long as you don't add butter to your mash then that's ok and beans are free........

YESTERDAYS FOOD DIARY

Breakfast: chopped banana and strawberrys (free)
Lunch: bacon, beans, tomato, musherooms and a sausage (10.5 syns for sausage)
Dinner: 3x jacket spuds with tuna, tomatoes, cucumber and corn on cob with salad cream (0.5 for salad cream)
Snacks: 2x jaffa cakes (4syns), 1x babybell HEA, 1x alpen bar HEB and a couple of yoghurts with chopped banana
 
TODAYS FOOD DIARY SO FAR:

Breakfast: 2x yoghurts ( free)
Lunch: wholemeal roll x1 with cheese and tomato and cucumber (HE A & B)
