Hi,
Does anyone take regular painkillers while doing Exante or is it not allowed.
I usually take at least 2 codeine daily with 2 paracetamol, for a spine problem but can mange without if I have to but it limits the amount of exercise I can do.

I'd say your painkillers are more important if you need them. Don't risk your health for ketosis. You should be ok though

Thanks Starlight, I wasn't sure if when I start Exante and get into ketosis if the painkillers would knock me out, but I will take them, it makes my life a bit easier, and see what happens x

I have taken dihydrocodeine whilst on exante and it hasn't affected ketosis for me. Good luck and as Starlight says, your health is far more important! Good luck x
