Access denied

Hi I'm new to this app & (& 3 days into a new diet) Just wondered if anyone else was having a problem getting into their profile? I've verified my account online & logged in & out of the app, but it's still saying "access denied."

I don't want to "spam" or share anything on Facebook or Twitter or post adverts, I just want to use the app! Surely asking people to post 30 - 50 things prior to being able to use all the app is kind of asking people to spam??
