I have been referred to a gym by my doc, only thing is its still gonna cost me £3.40 a session

now the dilema is do i tell hubby, of do i say its free, it is almost half price?? i had to stop going to slimming world cos of the expence so hubby wouldn't be please and would just tell me to go out for a run, but i find it hard to get motivated.

advise please would you tell hubby if he would say you can't go?

i had been refered for the gym thingy with the doctors! when i spoke to activity sheffield (thats what its called in my area!) the said £1.50 off peak and £3.00 in peak times. But when id had my induction she said its £1.50 what ever time you go!

did they say anything to youabout peak and off peak charges?

I think you should go to the induction and see what they say before deciding what you tell your husband!!

£3.40 seems quite alot for a gp referal!

personally i wouldnt lie to my husband... they will always find out the truth, but maybe go to the induction and see what its like, then discuss it with your hubby...
is there maybe something (say a drink or something like that) you could give up in return of going to the gym.. something that might be of the same amount....

i have confessed to hubby it is goning to cost, but not said how much, gonna wait and see how the assestment goes, i thought it was going o be alot cheaper, am hoping the prices i saw on the price list are for after my initial 16 sessions the doc and referred me for and the 16 session are cheaper perhaps.
fingers crossed cos i am quite excited.
