add a little exercise into each day

I have lost 4 stone on this diet without exercise and now that I am reaching a healthier weight I feel I should start exercising so this challenge is to add a little exercise into your day, I am doing it for 21 days, so

I go to the gym between 3-5 times a week and do zumba, swim or aqua. Some people think it slows down weight loss but I prefer to 'tone as I go' and quite happy with it that way. So I'll join ya' :D

Does a lunch time walk or something small count or has it got to be a class or session or something?

A walk is perfect, my plan is just to try an introduce exercise into my everyday life :) x
 
I would like to try and get some exercise in, but by the time I get in from work I am shattered!!

Anyone recommend anything that I can do (on the cheap) while the kids are in bed?
OH works nights, so I cant go out to the gym!! :(

What about some toning? Squats, lunges......sit ups. A little a night will soon add up x

I am on day 12, I walk my dog twice a day and have just started doing my workout dvd again today, Quite hard work but felt good afterwards!

I manage to do a one hour Zumba class on 600 cals a day, and do you know since I have been doing Exante I have had the most energy in my classes that I have ever had which seems completely mad!

Add a little bit at a time and you will get there

ive always walked the dog but i wanted to add in a bit of exercise that i could do at home whilst my little girl is in bed, so i now do a mix of jogging and walking on the spot for 30 mins, well i say i do, first night last night, i will do it every night for a few weeks and see if it makes a difference. (well i will try....)
