Adjusting linda mcartney sausages...?

Hello, I've just mashed up 4 Linda McCartney red onion and rosemary sausages (the free one) and used them as the 'meat' on a scotch egg (4 sausages covered 2 large hard boiled eggs: photos on my foodblog). Does this alter the syn values of them? Trust me, I won't be sitting down and scoffing both of them in one go, as they are quite substantial!

Thank you!

Oooooo you've just given me an idea! Me and the hubby are going over to the dales in October and last year he bought some lovely pies from the bakery and I remember looking longingly in the window. Anyway this year I tonight I would try making some SW scotch eggs and I might give them a whirl with LM sausages.

Sorry that doesn't answer your question! I don't see why it would alter the value as its not as if you are eating tones of them x

That's what I thought :) They are really tasty btw esp with a dollop of brown sauce ;)

It wouldn't alter the syn value even if you ate a dozen of them - free is free. The SW premise is only eat when you're hungry and stop when you feel satisfied (not stuffed) so as long as you follow that, you shouldn't affect your losses.

Enjoy, because they sound absolutely yum.
