I have been doin EE for a week tomorrow. Just wanted to ask if maybe you can eat too much fruit and it will stop your weightloss.
I have been so hungry today and eaten a whole bag of grapes!! then i have had strawberries covered in muller lite.
Breakfast
1 Poached egg 2 pcs wholemeal toast (no butter) and a spoonful of beans.
Lunch
Jacket potatoe with tuna mayo (not alot)
and a fairly big salad.
Dinner
WW beef Lasagne 6.5 syns i think
mixed veg, butternut squash, green beans,carrots and brocolli
