Advice needed!

Hi,
I am currently on day 7 of Lipotrim with my partner, he is really struggling at the minute and thinks that slim and save will suit him better. Can anyone tell of the results are the same with slim and save as they are Lipotrim?

I was undecided which plan to follow, I was sure I would do exante but after much research slim and save seemed to have more choices and you could pick exactly what you want when placing an order online. Only just at the end of day three but I have enjoyed everything I have eaten - it all tastes good also, scales already showing a good loss!

I got a tester pack of S&S and exante.
This week has been S&S and I have to say being able to eat a small amount of veg and protein makes such a huge difference to me. I'm kinda dreading trying out exante next week now as that's just bars, soups and shakes.

Give it a go - you might find you prefer it. If you just can't stand it then you could mix and match with Slim and Save products until the exante ones are gone. However, you would need to be slightly careful as exante is 3 packs a day and SnS is 4 packs a day. To get the right nutrition you'd need 4 packs a day if mixing but check that your overall carb level is still around 60g a day or less.

Collected packs today and straight back on it tomorrow as LT ran out yesterday. It was amazing to see the staff at work busily packing everyone's orders up ready for dispatch. I couldn't believe how busy it was and the Rob was extremely helpful with us as well. Roll on tomorrow! X

Ooh, you've met the team then? I think most of us just have just 'met' them by email. They must really be busy to be working on Easter Sunday!

Yeah they were lovely! It was like a little santas grotto in there, everyone busy putting parcels together! I said to rob I didn't think there would be anyone there and he said they literally have to work 7 days and if they would have missed a day they would be so inundated with the Internet orders they would really struggle to get things dispatched! X

Well that's good to hear. Well not that they're working 7 days a week but that they are being conscientious about dispatching the goods because no one waiting for diet supplies on a diet like this wants to run out of packs.
