Does anyone know if I can have a bath using Epsom salts while on the Cambridge diet I know I can't use aqua ban which is used for water retension I've just been told about these amazing Epsom salts.

I would have thought so, assuming you don't drink the bath water

I have never come across anything about anything external being banned, but then I don't know everything.
