I am currently calorie counting but not doing very well, thinking of joining WW. I have heard about flex points of 35 per week. How does this work? seems an awful lot to me, can you have them all at once on top of your daily points?
Sorry - not heard of that one - I know that you can 'save' points up from your daily allowance, but never anymore than 4 and they must be used within the week... you can't save them any longer than that...
Why would you want to use them all at once - wouldn't that constitute binging ?
