Depends what alcohol you enjoy. You're better off with spirits and diet mixers, or wine and soda but it depends on personal preference x

I am definatley a cider and lager girl, however i know the syn values in these must be high!
i do like rose wine and malibu!!! what are the syn values of these?

Malibu is 4syns for a 35ml measure(I know this as its my tipple of choice) I drink it with diet coke, or diet lemonade if they have it x
Rose wine, 125ml 4½
Rose wine, 175ml 6
Rose wine, 250ml 9

27 for the whole bottle

A standard single is 25ml, a 35ml measure is a single in some places. If they are 35ml measure it's normally displayed! So a single is 2.5 syns x
