So this WONT be a supprise that im asking this for those who know what a little wine devil i am!!! :7834:

Does anyone drink on DD or just on up or not really much at all?? Does it make a difference to your losses?

Is wine and cider the killer???

This is my first new thread so dont laugh xxxxxxxx :eek:
 
If you count your calories on a DD I don't think it matters, personally I chose not to waste 432 cals per half a bottle of red on a DD but if you have to have YOU CAN, however you can have the whole bottle on the UP day *wink*!! what a diet this is makes my laugh reading all that out.
 
lol i wouldnt bother drinking on the downs personally because of the extra cals in alcohol, even vodka has 50 cals per shot so if you had 4 with diet lemonade it would total 200 and if you're on 500 a day, its hardly worth wasting those precious cals! plus it'll prob make u starving so you might overeat on your down and ruin the diet for that day, potentially negating the effect of juddd. better to factor in drink on the up, more cals to allocate plus you can have a tidy meal to line your stomach too and reduce cravings for naughty food that way too hun! i personally only drink when im out with friends and stick to spirits so its easy for me but if you like your wine and things like that with higher cals then up days are prob better for you :) xx
 
Maybe I should drink 10 shots of vodka? Might make today's down day go quicker!!

This is true was only thinking the odd voddy on a dd so i dont have to avoid the pub completely but the lurr of another might be too much. Good thinking guys!

Cant imagine myself drinking half a bottle of red on no food id pass out!!

Everyones is so helpful on here.........making me a happy bunny xxxx :D
