Aldi Benefit (not light) choc & fudge syn value

Hi ladies!

I'm new here & starting SW for a 2nd time tomorrow but going solo so I am needing your help.

Today I bought Aldi's Benefit bars (not light) choc & fudge flavour.

I have googled the syn value & found it to be 2.5 but I am finding very conflicting advise as to whether it can be used as a HEXB option or not.

Some state it can (2 bars) but are quite old posts other state not anymore as they are not 'light'.

Can anyone help? As I would like to know for sure.

checked the app and yes 2 are a healthy extra, or 3 syns each

I syned 1 on Monday/Tuesday just in case but now I know I can enjoy without using up my daily syn allowance. x
