Snacks Aldi Brooklea yogurts ? (same as Muller) and Soup problem ...

Hey all, again, Aldi now do a 6 pack Brooklea yogurt, that is just like the old style Muller lights 6 pack, you know the individual round pots, that are Orange with dark chocolate sprinkles and Vanilla with dark chocolate sprinkles, they are 89 Cals per pot and say they are fat free, so does that mean they are 'Syn Free' too?


Also, last year I got the most gorgeous soup from Iceland (Slimming World ones). Carrot and Corriander, and Tomato and Basil, I simply LOVED them, but now I can only find sweetcorn (blleeeugh) have they stopped making them? I`ll be gutted if they have **cry**

Hi Daisy,

re the soups - yea, they've changed the range. But I think there are two new ones out now: one is mushroom, and I think the other is tomato, white bean and chorizo (something like that!)

I've checked the yogurts on the app for you: the vanilla is 0.5 syns and the orange is 1 syn for the chocolate sprinkle yogurts.
