hi everyone.

I wonder if anyone can help me out. I have a pack of aldi, specially selected quarter pounders. in a pack of 4 from the fresh section.
the pack doesn't have any nutritional values on it but does say that its 100% scotch beef plus seasoning.
how many syns would you think they are?? could they be free????

It would be extremely unlikely that they would be free.

Have you put the nutritional info into syns online?

It won't be free, the whole cow counts as "beef" - fat and all. 100% just means its made of *something* out of a cow.

Just syn them as any regular burger. eg:

Oakhurst Beef Quarter Pounders, 4 pack, frozen, 113g each 11½
