emotional day today and iv not even started yet !!! all ready for tomorrow got my shakes and my blender and im ready to go..........my god im nervous :/

Hi Beanz & welcome Don't be nervous about it, you will be fine. Make sure you are proper up for the start, drink plenty of water and most importantly pop on here for some support Once the first 3 or 4 days are over you will be fine, good luck for tomorrow. Have you got much to lose? if you don't mind me asking.

i have my bottle all ready n prepared with my water and i have a massive amount to loose 6 dress sizes and 11 stone, i know its gonna be hard but i will do it, think ill constantly be on here probably in tears lol x

The results are great with Lipotrim and I'm sure once you get to your first weigh in you will never look back I'm not going to lie though things may get tough ,but be strong and the cravings will pass. Come on here for the support and you will conquer it. Just think in just 4 weeks time at least a stone of that will be history, good luck and I will look out for you on here

i know its going to be hard but i really want to do this for me and my kids i want to be able to run around n climb the monkey bars at the park, walk the stairs without nearly dying ov breathlessness, and feel proud of myself, plan for tonight sort the kids have a bath n early to bed ready for tomorrow, lovely speaking with you and thank you xx

Good luck Beanz!! Just grit your teeth for the first few days and come on here to get any questions answered. If it gets bad just plan for one week...this will get u to your first weigh in and you will not wanna stop then!!! You can do it luv! x

Hi, I have just started TFR today and have 3+ stone to lose. I am not on lipotrim but on exante which is still shakes/soups so if you need and support just shout. I did exante last year and have also done lipotrim so I know what lies ahead, good and bad. Good luck
