Hi can anyone tell me what alpro soya milk is free on healthy and filling please x

for milk alternatives I tend to count any that have similar nutritional values to skimmed milk as free. So any that are around the 40 calories per 100mls. I really like the alpro soya almond milk.

I 'think' it is as purpled used to use that milk! Hope ur doing well blonde? U not got a diary?

The almond and hazelnut alpro soya milks are both free. And really tasty.
