I've been doing strict alternate days.
Ive lost going on for 10 1/2lbs in 3 1/2 weeks
I don't eat on my DD at all (black tea with sweetener, black coffee, wrigleys extra, diet coke etc)
I find that after being quite hungry on DDs I know the difference with feeling peckish and eating for the sake of it on UDs and just ignore that now.
