I have only just joined slimming world, and in the first week i lost half a stone and i am now 10 stone 9, and i want to loose a lot more, but months after that i havent been loosing very much weight, is it because im eating too much?
this is my food diary for yesterday.
At about 8 i had breakfast which was an apple followed by 4 slices of small no fat bacon, 2 spoonfuls of beans and a few mushrooms, and then at about 11 i have a caramel snack a jack which was 2.5 syns.
for lunch at about 12:30 i fried with fry light some mushrooms, quorn mince, courgettes, sweetcorn, peppers, chillies and some chopped tomatoes and then i cooked two handfuls of pasta and then mixed it all together. For desert i had, a few spoonfuls of fat free natural yogurt with an apple and a pear.
at about 4:30 i had an alpen light bar which is part of my healthy option then at about 5:30 i had some butternut squash, 2 potatoes and a quorn peppered steak which is free.
Am i eating too much?
