AMERICAN SYN FREE YOGHURTS

Hi,

I'm a UK slimming world member with only 8 lbs to go to my 4 1/2st target, but I'm heading off to Florida for a month next week and want to stay on plan as much as I can - can anyone recommend brands of syn free yoghurts, because I've been caught out before by low fat brands!

Free yogurt-Danone light and fit carb and sugar control

Sorry if this seems like a daft question, but are these 3 seperate yoghurts, eg Danone light, Danone Fit Carb and Danone Sugar Control? Or is it just one yoghurt with a very long name?

Lol.. Haven't a clue, your prob right that it's 3 separate yogurts! I was just checking for myself before I seen your post, was writing up my shopping list. Maybe I should pay a bit more attention to the website (blonde moment) lol

it is just one yoghurt, there arent very many that are free in the US unfortunately. http://lightnfit.com/product_details_carbsugar.html

the other ones are Archers Farm's fat free (target brand) and Kroger's fat free. That's it the only flavoured ones that are free, all others are synned.

I tend to just stick to 0% greek yoghurt and mix in some fresh fruit

BritMum, I shall be visiting Vancouver next year, if I'm at target I shall want to maintain, if I'm not I shall want to watch what Im eating so as not to gain while I am away, Can I pick your brains nearer the time re; SW friendly supermarket buys please?

yes of course
