hello! i'm amy, i'm a 22 year old student-soon-to-be-graduate. i've attempted SW before a few months ago and loved how you could eat so much food (big fan of the SW curry sauce :p) however i fell off the wagon around the three week mark due to going back to uni having a dissertation to write. my mum has lost a stone with SW and used to go to groups, however i have opted to not attend the groups, but will be weighing myself this time round :) (i think not weighing myself last time was a mistake as i didn't feel like i was losing when i most probably was!)

Week 1, Day 1.

11am Brunch (need to start having a routine breakfast, i generally don't eat early as it makes me feel sick but i think routine will do me good!)

  • Innocent Thai veg pot - 5.5 syns (so yummy and filling and lots of veggies!)
  • 350g fruit salad


2:30pm Lunch/Snack
  • 40g All Bran Golden Crunch cereal - HexB and 2 syns for extra 10g (oops)
  • Mini Babybel Light x 2 - HexA
  • Gala Apple


5:30pm Dinner
  • Grilled salmon with sweet chili sauce topping - 1.5 syns
  • Mixed salad
  • Extra celery and cucumber :)

I have this problem too. I get up at 6am, but don't eat breakfast until I'm in the office at about 8:40

Maybe that'll work for you rather than eat as soon as you get up?

Day 2, Week 1

breakfast, 9am -
250g mushrooms
1 whole onion
2 eggs
babybel mini light x 2

scrambled up, so tasty and filling!

lunch 2pm -
costa coffee red berry cooler - 16 syns or so (oops! had to treat myself though)


dinner 6pm -
gammon
potatoes in stock
big portion of carrots and green beans :)

snacks -
fruit fruit fruit!
