I have realised that 1/1 PP/PV days do not suit my lifestyle - so I will be trying 4/3 PP/PV days - keeping the PV days for Fri, Sat and Sun - does anyone else do this? And does it affect weight loss at all???

this is what i have been doing, rather un-intentionally, as i dont feel like eating veggies in the week but at weekends when the family sit down for dinner i prefer to have veggies with them
