And round 3

Yep I am back for round three and feeling stronger than ever b4 that I am GOING TO BEAT THIS
This time round I have decided to have a mix up , last time it was shakes and bars , now having a hot breakfast a milk later on and then a hot meal on my return from work
each meal is six hours apart so Midday , Six evening and then Midnight
Its harder i think due to the fact I work 15.00 to the 00.00 some time later ( theatre )

But with the new meals it seems to be working , Decided not to put myself on the scales until day 28 but have noticed a little change

start weight was 15.07.00 need to get back to around 12.5 dont think it will happen but i have given myself a treat day Dec25 I am going to have a nice meal Veggie with a pudding and an odd sweet , i think after a three month stint I can enjoy one day lol

start my fourth week on Monday 1st october
