Hello everyone - this site seems to be exactly what I was looking for - a friendly place to be amongst others who have decided to shift the pounds. I am not following any particular diet (which might be a mistake!
) but I feel that excercise and cutting back on the junk is my first port of call.
I have two children aged three and nearly two and despite losing the baby wiehgt twice over, I appear to have piled it all back on again and more!! I now have three stone to lose.
I hope to find some moral support and firends to share the journey with and it seems there is a lot to learn on this site so here goes!
