another newbie

hi, my name is shauna and i am totally new to all of this. i have never been in a club or part of a slimming forum.
i am irish but moved to england to be with my boyfriend 2 years ago. i am hoping that with some additional support i will finally be able to shed the excess weight that i acquired from the belief that i can eat exactly the same as my boyfriend does and not gain any weight!

thanks Vicky. i am going to do slimming world. i havent officially started yet but i am sick of doing fad diets for a few weeks and this seems to be the most realistic in terms of maintainance! how about you? what are you doing??

Im doing weight watchers at home by myself.

Im really motivated to lose weight as my youngest is 2 so no more excuses of "i have just had a baby" LOL So far i have lost 13lbs and im not far from my first target.
Now my clothes feel looser i feel no-one can stop me!!! hee hee

Are you going to go to the meetings??? or will you do it at home yourself?
