Well I went to my first sw meeting tonight (not that it's my first time on the diet).
I didn't realise I'd put so much weight on, so now it's all or nothing, I was hopeing to start my diet today but my mum treated me to a pub lunch and seeing as I hadn't been weighed I went for the burger and chips rather than the chicken salad >.< oops.
But I'm still full and therefore I've just had a apple and a tin of chopped tomatoes, my journey starts tomorrow, I hope all goes well.
Any comments on my diary would be very much appreciated

Today I had mega beans on toast for lunch
2x wholemeal (HEB)
2x fried egg
Tin of beans
Was too full for Superfree so ate a bowl of fruit later on
Apple
Pears
Clementines
Strawberries
Dinner
Chilli (with loads of Superfree food) and rice
And then for today I had a chicken salad for lunch
I then went for my weigh in and I've lost 8 pounds eventhough I'd prepared some wedges to fo with gammon for my tea, the electricity was off and therefore I had to go to the chippy :/ I just hope I lose weight next week
Omg haven't posted in here in a while!! But it really did help me in my first week so I think I should do it again.
I'm now after 3 weeks a stone lighter
I've been on plan this week and I've tried to restrict my syns this week to 6 a day, but that didn't happen lol I had 6 syns on Wednesday, 12 on Thursday, non on Friday and 15 on Saturday and I've only had 6 today.
I usually have 15 a day and I weighed myself this morning and I'd gained but my weigh in isn't until Tuesday so I'll have to wait and see.
Well today I had no breakfast :/ I'll have to work on that next week
