Hi Everyone

I'm a member of SW now for the last 8 weeks and I'm loving it.
I started off at 10st 0.5lbs and i said i would join SW to try and get rid of the bulge i had going on, so much so i couldnt close the top button of my trousers something had to be done, hense SW!

So i had my weigh in last night and i'm 9lb down in total, but my weight loss every week is either 1lb, 1.5lb or stat the same i never seem to loose more than that. Apart from my first week i lost 3.5lbs but since then never had a huge loss, only gradual. I dont mind too much cause i've never gained but do you have any tips to improve the weight loss? I try to do body magic as much as i can, 3 weeks ago i walked the legs off myself most days and maintained even though i kept a food diary and i'd been really good, i felt like crying on the scales.

So tell me, what foods are best to boost weight loss?

Thanks x

I am sure you will get some more comments when people have had time to read your post.

But for now - compared to many people, you don't have much to lose. And you are losing weight at the rate that SW recommends - 1-2 lb per week. So all you need to do is carry on the way you are.

I lost 5.5st in a year by losing 1-1.5lbs a week. It may not feel like much at the time but they all add up!

Thanks Ladies.....Im glad that im loosing i suppose i want it to happen too quickly.....
The butterbean burgers sound tastey HH....What are they exactly?

It's one tin of drained butter beans mashed, with 60grms cheese (hexa if shared), chopped onions, 6 cream crackers crumbled, & 1 egg all mixed together, then made into 4 burgers, I cook them in the oven on about 180 until brown about 25mins.

they are yummy, I'd suggest using a mature cheese as the cheese flavour isn't that strong, I used Sainsbury's cream crackers, they are 1.5 syns each, but Jacobs are 2 syns each, I put them in a bag & roll with rolling pin to get them into fine bits.
