hi guys so im going to put my diaries on here so you can give me some feedback. i've lost 6 stone 7 lbs, but i need to lose another 3 at least, so have a look or if you have any meal ideas then let me know, all gratefully recieved x
thursday (green):
B:42g weetabix crunchy bran, 250ml semi milk, apple
L:chicken and mushroom pasta n sauce, 2 bags steamfresh, mixed salad.
D: will be having jacket spud, mushy peas, side salad.
will update this tonight but i need your help and ideas xxxx
