Extra Easy Any one know a good speed food

I am desperately trying to get some pounds off been eating loads if melon don't seem to have least any weight in last six days I know I shouldn't be weighing my self in between.What is a really good speed food to super speed my weight lost?????
 
I'd recommend pineapple and grape fruit but I presume any that have a SS next to them in your book would have the same effects :)
 
Not fruit...

Try loads of veg like cabbage, cauliflower, green beans, Brussels sprouts etc.
 
See this is where I get confused-I was sort of under the impression that veg was better than fruit because of te sugar in fruit etc,but I found in the book that a lot of the ss foods were fruit rather than veg. To me that would make me want to lean towards fruit than veg as snacks because of their ss properties, but would this be silly? (Assuming of course I stick to the rule of only eating til full,regardless of whether I pick fruit or veg)

I find if I eat grapefruit once a day it helps but I prefer lots of nice veggies instead with my meals, try having some different variety to see if it helps.
And if you do EE/Red days things like cod/haddock are a good speed food too xxxx
