Step3 1000kcal Any step 3 people here?

This is the first time I have tried step 3 and I'm so paranoid it won't work well

Well it did work and very well too-I lost 11 lbs this week

5.75 off this week. I'm actually shocked that it's coming off like this on step 3

Update on me-6 weeks on and I've lost 30lbs All on step 3
