I have been looking at a career change, I am currently doing admin work and would like to move into HR, I have had a look at some of the job sites to see what is on offer and they all mainly want a degree which I don't have.
Is there anyway of getting into HR without a degree maybe by just doing the CIPD.
I am enrolled to start a degree with the open university next year in Psychology but its going to take 6 years to complete and don't think I can wait that long doing what I do at the moment. Any advice appreciated.
