I am considering this, as much as I'm enjoying the freedom I'm now pre op and need to be at a low weight for my op. Figure this way I could be getting plenty of greens and nutrients whilst loosing

Anyone have success with it?? Do you do lc low days too or not??

Need to revamp things ready for next weeks shopping :) thanks in advance guys Xx

hi Rebekah, I try not to carbs on dd and save them for my up days where I can really enjoy them!!. When is your op I keep hoping to win the lottery and that would be the first thing I would do My boobs have been the bane of my life since I was 15 and now with all this weight I have put on its even worse. Have tried several times to have the op on the NHS but told its a lifestyle choice!! My back ache is certainly not a lifestyle choice!! (sorry that turned into a bit of a rant!!) Good luck X

I am waiting currently, hopefully before Xmas. I was first offered at 15 taken me this long to get brave enough. Keep trying hun, with the pct change its worth trying next year - funding will be different

Will give the low carbs and juddd a go. See how it works out. Thanks Xx

Hey Rebekah - I don't so low carb but all I'd say is give it a go! JUDDD is so flexible you can definitely incorporate other ways of eating into it. Shouldn't be to difficult to get your calories in low carbing either as you can have nuts, cheese etc which are low in carbs but fairly calorific (as I'm sure you know).

I think the important thing with JUDDD is keeping your DD low and having the 'swing' of the low cal one day and higher the next. I don't think what you actually eat for your calories matters!

Best of luck I will be interested to see how you get on X

I'm gonna give it a go!!

Still got a stone ish to go so see how it goes. Much as I love eating bread and cupcakes LOL
