have noticed that not a lot of people follow the rules(so to speak!)on having a food break on week five of TS a lot just carry on, was just wondering is the food week supposed to boost your metabolism and if anyone adds food on these week has it affected your weight loss by much was planning on following the program but eating an evening meal of food suitable to stay in ketosis but dont wanna slow down my weight loss too much.
