I wouldn't think going off plan would be advisable, useless you are happy with not getting a loss next week. Maybe flexible syns might be a better option-altho some people maybe happy with being able to control it :) good luck whatever you decide-I know I wouldn't risk blowing it! :)

It is your choice, of course. I am staying on plan although I am off out for a meal, probably will opt for a jacket potato/salad/something light. I am not a big chocolate fan and I personally don't think seeing an increase on the scales is worth it for the sake of an Easter egg.. or two. Unless you really are a total chocolate fanatic!

I won't be going for any chocolate but I will be having a roast dinner.
I'm not actually sure how many syns it will be and genuinely wouldn't know where to start in calculating.

Dinner will consist of -turkey, ham, bacon, stuffing (probably the most synful part), roast potatoes (made with fry light), and then loads of veg...carrots, parsnip, brocolli, cauliflower. It'll probably be the only meal I eat on Sunday so I'm not minding if I'm a little synful!

I wouldn't say it's not advisable... :/ Arther end if the day it's your choice and for many a big treat like this works then they get back on plan
Instead of craving and going mental later! You may gain? But it may be worth it! At the end of the day we do live in the real world where people do have treats now and again without instantly becoming obese! I say enjoy it for what it is then jump back on... As long as you do enjoy :) I'm not one for chocolate, didn't give it up for lent as it would be too easy lol ;) but wine;) mmmm now we are talking lol.

Enjoy your eggs :)

That's brilliant well done! Glad u enjoyed :)

Nope, not going off plan, got money instead of easter eggs. Had a bit of mums caramel bar, and thats me done for easter.

Just had Easter Sunday brunch - the first time in 10 weeks I've consciously decided to have a meal off-plan and just enjoy it, and after a yummy home made English muffin with smoked salmon and scrambled egg (no cream or butter), 2 hot cross buns (with butter - eek!), some cherry tomatoes, orange juice, tea with milk and sugar and a handful of M&M mini eggs, I can honestly say...I feel stuffed and sick! It shows me how far I've come and how much my tastes have changed, because everything felt greasy, too heavy and too sweet. I need a lie-down after all that bread! I'm glad I did it actually, because now I feel more motivated than ever to keep eating healthily. Might be time for a few 777 days to get back on track for WI after this morning's feast though!
