As we are just about to go into 2016, the diet starts again.

I've had success with slimming world in the past but it would great if there was a support group here in Australia as the brands, seasons are different to the UK.

Please reply we could join in with challenges etc

Hi, I'm in Australia and have just restarted Slimming World again this week after a friend sent me the books. It's definately not easy not having a consultant to ask a million questions too, also struggling to work out what is synned and what isn't!! How are you going?
