I bought their verison of savory rice Classic Creastions golden veg.....and think I may have calculated it as 22 for the pack!
Is that right, I thought they'd be syn free :0(

Are you using the sw phone app? If so make sure you select the correct plan else I think it defaults to red or green (and on green it would be high)

I'm on the extra easy as I've only just joined SW and it has come back at 11syns.....confused!

Just checked on app and it's 0.5 syns per 100g made up on EE
