Joined 4 weeks ago at my local Curves on a special promotion 30 days free and really enjoyed it.
It is a 30 minute circuit and they recommend minimum 3 times a week.
10 days ago I stopped going:sigh: (personal reasons all sorted now thank goodness).
Must say I really enjoyed it and will see if I can afford the £30 plus per month fee after my holidays.
Have a look at their web site to see if there are any offers on.

i dont know how much curves is but i think gyms charge rediculous amounts of money, right now i pay £4 every time i go which suits me great because i go through phases of wanting to go all the time then ill not go for weeks or months at a time.
i once got quotes £600 for a years basic gym membership at esporta :O
