I know duck eggs have a lot more fat than hen and quail eggs, but I dont know if they are still allowed or not, sorry. I would give the yolks a miss until someone confirms as the whites should be fine anyway.

I think its a no no but my friend has my book so cant 100% check for you.

I have the book but can't find anything about duck eggs......nothing to say either way. I think I will play it safe and avoid them for now!
