are these sausages ok for atkins diet

i saw these sausages in tesco yesterday and wondered does anybody know if they would be ok for the atkins diet

jimmys free range sausages

free range pork 90%
water
pasturised free range egg white
salt
stabiliser e450
antioxidant (ascorbic acid)
cracked black pepper
preservative e223
ginger
mace
pimento
nutmeg

carbs per sausage 0.3 of which sugars 0.3

jim, when we look at the carb count on these sausages it says 1.3 carbs of which sugars 1.3, a i right in thinking we count them as 1.3 carbs and do not subtract anything away in the EU, and do we do the same for fresh veggies or do we subtract ?

On packets and stuff from the EU we don't subtract, on US and others we do.

Pork Sausages 0.1g per sausage

Hey guys, i've just tried lookin for the sausages on the tesco website and i found ones that are 97% pork making them on have 0.1g of carbs per sausage!!

They're called Debbie And Andrew 6 Harrogate 97% Sausages 400G.
