Are Waitrose and Ocado the same thing?

I've got some vouchers for John Lewis which cover Waitrose too. I want to order my shopping online but I'm confused, are Waitrose completely separate to Ocado.

As I've to scratch the barcode thing of my vouchers I don't want to do this if I can't use them for Waitrose online as they are then invalid IYSWIM.

Hope someone can clarify.
