Well having a great holiday in Canada but can't wait to get back home and back to normality on new years eve and get back in control of the food I can have .....chicken and total 0% I'm really missing you !!!!!

I totally hear ya! I started back today and it's such a relief. Steak has never tasted so good!

Enjoy the rest of your holiday...you'll be back on the total 0% before you know it

Know what you mean, can't wait till hubby's back at work and sons away home again so I can smell mini chedders etc constantly .... The boosting pain from eating them isn't worth it
