You magazine which comes with The Mail on Sunday has an article called "The White Stuff" about our use of sugar and carbohydrates which turn into sugar. Worth a read and interesting claim that "a diet high in sugar and high-glycaemic carbohydrates such as breads, rice and potatoes, can make skin stiff and inflexible - making you look older" Never a sweet-tooth or sugar lover, I am a former bread-addict. I realised a while back that my asthma was worse the more bread and pasta I ate, so cut back, but never thought of my skin.
