Article: Why the weight is so hard to shift: guidelines have been wrong all along

hmm... I guess this is why people often pop up here saying "I was supposed to reach my target weight on [date], and we have to reassure them!"

To be honest, as we lose weight, most long termers here know we have to tighten things up as we near our target, irrespective of diet. Either that or increase exercise big time...

I don't think I've ever guestimated when I'd get where... weight wise, traffic wise, any wise! LOL
